Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante per pranzo, al centro di Castel di Sangro. Ho ordinato le tagliatelle porcini e tartufo e sono state buone.Poi una cotoletta di vitello veramente enorme con insalata . La carne era tenera e ben cucinata. Quindi veramente buona La signora è molto simpatica e cordiale. Prezzi leggermente alti rispetto alla media Abruzzo. Unico consiglio, di mettere un paio di forchettate in più nelle tagliatelle. Per il resto ho mangiato bene. Alla prossima!

Sono stata ieri davvero stupefacente:piatti abbondanti e buoni e passione per la cucina. La signora Vittoria e suo marito 2 persone squisite e disponibili. Mugnaia e ravioli con ripieno di burrata ottimi e maialino cotto a bassa temperatura che si scioglie in bocca. E poi le polpette cac e ov che sono uno spettacolo, ma difficili da dimenticare. Se si potesse dare 10 lo darei. Ci ritornerò con tanta gioia. Top!!!!!

Locale molto tradizionale con tante foto che ricordano la Castel di Sangro di un tempo. La cucina è tradizionale, buone le materie prime. Da assaggiare gli gnocchi salsiccia e broccoli, il tagliere. Tra i contorni ottima la cicoria e eccezionali le patatine fritte artigianali. Buoni gli arrosticini forse un pó troppo cotti. Buon assortimento di vini buono anche quello della casa ( montepulciano). Personale attento e gentile. Comunque un locale cosigliato!

In quattro abbiamo ordinato un Tagliere Vittoria, tre Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e tartufo, un Raviolo mantecato al baccalà, e un giro di arrosticini (ne avremmo mangiati anche due ). Giuste quantità, senza esagerare. Il tagliere ci ha sorpresi particolarmente con la loro selezione di salumi e formaggi km0. Per dirne una, davvero sororendente la salsiccia di cervo, ma poi tutto buono. Da provare e farsi spiegare. Le Tagliatelle hanno un sapore delicato e i funghi dal gusto deciso, appena accennato il tartufo. I Ravioli molto buoni, adagiati su una crema di baccalà gustosa. Gli arrosticini sono tagliati al coltello, non industriali, sapore meraviglioso e anche la cottura. Fantastici. Tutta l'esperienza molto piacevole, locale tranquillo, ben riscaldato, buon servizio, personale cordiale. Torneremo con piacere.
